Under no conditions can this kitten be sold- leased or given to a pet
shop, research lab or similar facility? Should the owner find they can not keep the
kitten, they must contact the breeder, who will help them place the kitten in a new home.
If a family member or a friend wishes to adopt the kitten/cat from prior owners, the PRIOR
owner must give the details of ownership to the breeder. Any change in address etc. should
be also given to the breeder to maintain updated files, on ALL kittens sold.
1. This kitten was purchased as a PET, which means he/or she has been
or will be spayed neutered on or by:__________. Should the owner not meet the
spay/neuter agreement, the new owner will owe the seller an additional $1000.00 for the
breeding rights. It will be due and payable one week after notice from seller that the
spay/neuter agreement was NOT met by owner.
2. Kitten/Cat cost: $____________
Vet Charges: $____________ (Spay/Neuter Chg., Rabies or additional vet treatments)

Note: The flight cost for your kitten is paid to the airline, when you
pick you kitten up at the airport. DO NOT send the funds to seller unless otherwise agreed
upon in statement above (I.E.: Other charges)
3. Buyer agrees to maintain the cat's health. Which means feeding
quality food recommended by your vet/ or seller. Visiting the vet yearly for update of
shots, not allowed cat to roam freely outside the home. Keep coat groomed and clean. Above
all give the animal a generous amount of love and attention.
4. To the best of the seller and their veterinarian, this cat is free
from ear mites; fungus, fleas and is in good health at the time of sale/shipment. An
international health certificate will come with each kitten signed by our veterinarian,
which indicates that they have been examined and found free of any health issue or skin
problems at the time they ship to the new owner. All kittens are shipped with
Advantage flea control applied to assure they do NOT pick up fleas on the way
to the owners home.
5a. The new owner has been asked to take the kitten /cat to their vet
within 72 hours to assure themselves they have purchased a healthy animal. Should for any
reason the buyer's veterinarian disagree with the good health of our kitten, they must
write a short report on their letterhead, with the health concerns identified. Should the
kitten need to be returned to seller, owner agrees to contact the seller after the 1st
rejection visit to their vet (within 24 hours of this visit), to agree upon the return
process.
5b. The buyer must return the kitten to the seller and the seller will
take the kitten to their vet, for any care required to correct any health issues.
5c. The seller will give a replacement kitten (of equal value, when
available) or the seller will take over the care of the kitten and return to the buyer,
once the health has returned to normal. (This will be based on customer/seller determining
which method they would prefer the action to be). If a kitten is to be returned to a
seller, then a vet rejection health report , will be sent along with the kitten. No
refunds are ever given for any reason. Should an owner decide they simply do not want to
keep the kitten or get a replacement, then they forfeit the funds paid to the seller.
6. All of our kittens/cats have a 100% genetic guarantee, which means
that IF a kitten/cat dies of a genetic fault, due to faulty breeding, a kitten of equal
value is given as a replacement, from another pedigree line. (This does NOT cover disease,
which are NOT due to genetic transition).
7. We operate a closed cattery, which means that all cats have been
tested for (using the IFA and Eliza testing) FIP and found
negative. We maintained testing for any NEW additions. We do not bring in any animals
without confirmation that they are also negative. (Show cats are kept away from the
general breeding population, unless retested). Most recently there is research to create a
new DNA test for FIP in cats, once this test becomes available in our area (at an
affordable cost), all of our breeding stock/cats will be tested to confirm they are
negative. In the mean time, this illness will fall under the genetic replacement policy,
should there ever be a loss of life, due to this disease. (This is providing the owner
NEVER allowed the FIP vaccine to be given).
8. The new owner will receive all registration papers with the kitten
if the cat/kitten was spayed or neutered prior to ship or pick-up date. Otherwise, the new
owner agreed to spay/neuter the animal by the age of (6) six months of age. If they do not
meet this agreement, then they have agreed to pay an additional $1000.00 for the breeding
rights, which will be due and payable upon written notice from breeder.

Instructions
Note: You must agree to keep the kitten on the same diet for the first
month, that he/she eats at the breeders as well as the same litter. Should you & your
vet decide you wish to change the diet after this period, you MUST do it over a ten (10)
day period, moving slowly up on the new diet and down on the old. Otherwise, you risk
making your kitten very ill (and he/she can get loose stool & dehydrate as well as
loose large amounts of weight and potentially die if not cared for quickly). If you choose
to change the litter, you must verify that he/she is using the new litter, as changing
litter can cause kitten to become confused and they stop using their pan. De-clawing your
kitten has also been known worldwide, to cause the animal to stop using their pan for up
to two years later. It is not clear why, but assumed it may be due to pain from digging in
the litter.
8b. WARNING: It is also important for the new owner to understand that
the type of vaccine used by your vet MUST be a killed vaccine, like
Felovax 4-way. (Most vets use modified live vaccines, which are
known to mutate into other diseases, once the vet places the vaccine in the body).
Therefore, you would want to verify the kind of vaccine your vet gives and request he use
ONLY the killed vaccines. Additionally, its also important that you do
NOT allow your vet to give two many shots at one time. Example: you can safely give upper
respiratory and rabies at the same time but I strongly suggest that if you want to give
the Leukemia shot, you wait until your kitten is 6 months of age and also that it is a
killed vaccine given at least thirty (30) day AFTER any other shots. This is
NOT a shot needed for inside cats, which are NOT coming in contact with outside cats.
NEVER allow the FIP vaccine to be given, it is still experimental and known to cause the
disease. (If your kitten gets this disease, there is no cure and your kitten will die).
Your kitten comes with all shots required for an indoor kitten/cat and does NOT require
any more shots for one year, from the date of the last set of shots (assuming your kitten
has also had rabies).
