ADOPTEE Agreement

1. Will not sell or give this cat to a pet shop, lab or similar facility.
2. Will not allow this cat to roam freely outside.
3. If for some reason you can not care for this cat, you will contact the breeder for suggestions to help resolve the situation.
4. You agree that you will NOT cage or place in a basement, garage or porch, bat allow him/her to roam freely in the home, treated like a family member.
5. You agree to take the cat to a vet at least once a year for his/her shots and an exam to assure the cat remains healthy. Should the cat become ill, you will take him/her to a vet right away.
6. You agree to groom the cat as required (i.e. comb on a regular basis and bath and blow-dry every six weeks with a cat shampoo.
7. The breeder is not giving ANY long term health or genetic guarantee with this adoption, since the cat was given to the owner, with zero profit to the breeder. The animal came with all medical records, updated shots, spayed or neutered and had a international health exam completed within ten days of shipment/ or pickup. Signed by our vet.
8. The new owner was asked to take the adult cat to their vet to confirm the good health within 72 hours of receipt of the animal.
9. Owner agrees to feed a quality food suggested by the breeder and only changed if the owners vet feels it’s best for the animal.
